Who looks after your information?

What we collect and why
Our form asks for your business name, contact name, email address, optional phone number, premises postcode and service requirements. We use this to assess the enquiry, prepare a quote and respond. Please do not include health information, payment details or other sensitive personal information in your message.
Where you are enquiring for your own business, we use information to take steps at your request before a possible contract. Where you contact us on behalf of an organisation, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business enquiries. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing.
How information is handled
Enquiries are stored using the website’s hosted database and may be added to our restricted business records in Google Workspace. Relevant members of our small team can review them and use email or your optional phone number to respond. Our hosting and business software providers process information to provide their services; they may process it outside the UK under their applicable transfer arrangements. We do not sell your contact information.
Keeping and deleting information
We review unsuccessful enquiries after six months and remove details when they are no longer needed. The website intake removes records older than 180 days on the next form submission; private test entries become eligible for deletion after seven days. A quote or customer relationship may require separate business records to be kept for longer. A deletion request will also be checked against those records.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, or object to use based on legitimate interests. Some rights depend on the circumstances. Email us using the address above. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use essential security and access controls. During private review, access is restricted by the hosting platform.
What submitting a form means
The confirmation screen acknowledges that we saved your enquiry. It is not a binding price, a contract or a booked collection. Any service begins only once its scope, price, access and paperwork have been agreed.
